History

Perfilstar SA was founded in 1994 but has a vast experience of over 40 years in the manufacture of moldings. Perfilstar SA is one of the main factories of add-ons for laminate flooring and wood pallets in Europe.

With beginnings in Montcada i Reixac manufacturing products for the kitchen, we are currently located in Barberà del Vallès near Barcelona (about 20 minutes) and we have a facility of more than 2,000 square meters easily accessible from the AP-7 motorway that connects directly to Europe.

Environment

PerfilStar SA is a company concerned about the sustainability of the environment for this reason, always buy from suppliers who have international certificates of the environment, such as the PEFC or FSC.

Perfilstar SA has undertaken the implementation of the symbol green dot recycling for products that are aimed at consumer end. In addition to the separation of waste for treatment; the company puts a lot of emphasis on the reuse of materials and their correct use in order to avoid the generation of waste.

Flexibility

For the sector of wooden flooring, we can work with any wood veneer and, on the other hand to the sector of the laminate floor we have more than 1000 decorative papers. Additionally, we work with our own digital printer which allows us to copy any design of wood, fantasy, ceramic, vinyl or logo, without any kind of limitation.

Our profiles are manufactured on the basis of: MDF, MDF, water-repellent, pine finger-joint, aluminum, and PVC compact.

According to the needs of stuck we can use queue EVA or PUR glue. All paints and varnishes are of high resistance to the constraints posed by the sector of the park.

Technology

One of the main pillars of the company has always been the adaptation of the technology to their manufacturing processes, all production lines are fully automated so that the operator can devote his attention to quality control.

All our manufacturing is carried out within the framework of the European Community, with our factory located in Spain. With the guarantee of manufacturing in Europe because of the controls at the level of safety and quality.
